Charming and elegant, Leron once again livens up the city’s cultural life. For two days the historic centre of our beautiful Vodnjan becomes a colourful stage. Foreign languages, unfamiliar sounds and original music, vivid outfits, different hairstyles, bodies moving in their own rhythm and flow.<\/p>\n
Once the orange flag with the emblem of the event was raised, the festival began. During the first evening representatives of Istrian folklores and the Cultural Artistic Society “Bjelovar” performed. On Saturday evening, groups from Italy (Marche and Friuli Venezia Giulia), Bosnia and Herzegovina and Greece (Patras) showed off their artistic skills. The latter enthralled the audience, winning the coveted Leron of ceramics.<\/p>\n
