\u200bJust like in the last fifteen years, all the splendour and richness of folk customs and traditions could be seen in Vodnjan. Unique in their diversity, participants once again managed to delight the audience with their performances. The numerous audience decided to award the Hungarian folklore group “Sopron” from the Hungarian town of the same name. This year, participants from ten groups from Poland, Italy, Hungary, Kosovo and Croatia performed at the festival.<\/p>\n
The flag of Leron fluttered in the town square during those two days, symbolising the union of the people, while at the same time marking the end of the Vodnjan’s Summer.<\/p>\n
