On the third weekend in August, the stage in the heart of Vodnjan became a potpourri of live music, people, cultures, customs and surprises. During the two evenings, the public crowded the city centre to witness the unique and remarkable show that is Leron. Groups from Austria, Italy, Macedonia and Croatia performed, as well as those from neighbouring countries.<\/p>\n
The Macedonians of the “Otes Folk” company from Ohrid triumphed.<\/p>\n
The usual prizes were also awarded to the Cultural Artistic Society companies “Gorjanac” of Gorjani (Croatia), “La Clic” from Saint-Martin-de-Corl\u00e9ans and the “Pro loco di Castrovillari” (Italy), each for costumes, instruments and choreography.<\/p>\n
